Terrible reception and service for months, missed calls and representatives who kept me waiting and lecturing non stop. I had to repeat my problem to at least three people several times even after telling them I had already explained the issue to two and could they please get me to a supervisor. No go. I am getting a simple landline. In spite of having been a loyal, reliable customer for 4 and a half years, there was abs no interest on their part in keeping me as a customer. I was told how some tower was undergoing repairs which it seems to have needed regularly the last couple of years. I bought a new cell phone! Promptly another T Mobile service agent told me how my new phone would not work in spite of it being an international phone bought from T Mobile. He did not know and was not interested. Another told me that unless I was buying something, they had no interest in answering any questions. (This shop was empty). I use a cell now only as standby and depend on regular landlines.

And companies actually want to make more profit and increase customers!
In spiteof teh phone not working, still had to pay for unused minutes. If only companies spent more on service and less on inane advertisements offering plans that make no sense to any person!

re: Your mobile talk plan may hold a nasty surprise

Also, you could switch to prepaid connection since you don't use your cell much.
