India&amp;#39;s answer to Roger Black, I consider Anoop as the only news designer in India who understands news design from a content standpoint, and balances newsroom realities with the desire for out-of-the-box innovation.

He always works beyond cosmetic redesigns -- new fonts, colour palette, or nameplate--and revitalises and updates the newsroom culture that produces a fresh product every day.
