Sush, u know we bongs have this habit of being the greatest gobblers on earth. You throw anything at us and we gobble up. I can understand why you are eating and trying new foodies as there is so little to do other than this exercise. And ofcourse you have Khaleej times. First, Sushmita is back in her original best, e.g., enjoying life, and this shows in her writings.

Second, Sushmita is becoming clever( in good sense ) ,the way she is letting us wait for "Omani Sheikh"..story..it is like any other TV-serial, where they always let us wait for climax by saying..."Break kay Bad".

No Problem, next sunday will come, and we will wait anxiously for the Omani Sheikh episode.

re: Food for thought

*grin* They say bon appétit in Punjabi? Simer, thanks! You just solved my problem. I was talking about the search results on the website. I hadn't thought of the e-paper!! Of course, they're all there! I just need to subscribe. And I'll get everything - Counter Point, Indrajit Hazra's stuff, Sunday Sentiments and Khushwant Singh's saturday columns and everything else. Great.

(Lame, isnt it?)

All Misses & Sirs - This is an HT website, We might wanna talk abt law & IT carefully :-)

Abhiroop - U would really have to hack to dig out the Ex-Single in the City (SITC) columns as HT has changed their e-paper archives to a secure version. I emailed the last SITC & the one which appeared after that(sushmita did put up my comment up there) to myself & I can no longer see them.

re: Food for thought

these arab people eat a wide array of pastries and sweets and i guess that is why they have this very smooth complexion (as seen in channels like travel & living) because you are what you eat.

re: Food for thought

Raju, yep, it is the lawyers. The IT guys would be the ones to trace me. And squeel about it. Doesn't Sushmita own the IP rights on her writings? But, oh.....I suppose she does, and if I bring out that E-Book its going to hurt her interests as well, if Sushmita were to publish a proper 'Collected Single in the City' book someday.

I just wanted to do it because isnt easy to read the article off the HT site, the only way to do it is to search for 'sushmita bose' and sift through 7 pages of results.

And we definitely need a delete button for these commnets here!!

re: Food for thought

Abhiroop--you might want to ask HT Media Ltd for permission first.
